Hi, I’m Ana

After more than a decade in operations, project management and organisational psychology, I built We Are Indie to help small business owners create simpler, more sustainable ways of showing up.

I’ve always been drawn to the rhythm of creative work: the flow of a podcast episode, the structure behind a strong piece of content, the small systems that make consistency possible. My background taught me how to build workflows that support people, not confuse them, and that’s what I bring into everything I do now.

These days, I split my time between podcast management and strategic social media. Whether I’m editing an episode, designing posts or building content systems, my goal is the same: clear content, simple routines and more balance for the people I work with.

I live in the west of Ireland with my husband and two daughters. I love books, live music and slow mornings with coffee (preferably before the toddlers wake up).

  • Start by getting in touch through the contact form. I’ll review what you share and follow up with a short message or call to understand what kind of support you need. From there, I’ll send a proposal that outlines options, scope and next steps so we can get started smoothly

  • Pricing is based on both the project's scope and your desired timeline. You can have more info on my services page but in general, for ongoing support, it starts at €400 for social media management and €700 for podcast support

  • If you’re not sure where to start, fill in the contact form and book a no pressure 30 min call so we can chat and understand what you need and if we’re a good fit
